1. My product does not seem to be working - what should I do to make sure it is working correctly?
Are the batteries in correctly? - Make sure the cap is closed tightly even with waterproof products!
- Check all battery contacts, springs sometimes can compress. Make sure the power is ON.
For your information: - We recommend that Heavy Duty batteries that are suitable for these products.
- All products are battery checked by the manufacturer to ensure they are in good working order when you receive them.
2. Do you have a mailing list?
Yes, we do have a mailing list. And we send out newsletters on a regular basis. If you would like to get your name on our list sign our guest page.
Absolutely NOT! Posh and Naughty is a unique boutique offering women an assortment of specialty order items. There are no pornographic images anywhere in the store. This is a very tasteful, upscale place where people can find items for their own personal pleasure without feeling they are being judged or feeling humiliated. Posh and Naughty stands for femininity, about a woman having what she wants, when she wants it, to make her feel sexy.

With this concept, we would like to erase the stigma of finding things to please us as something of a novelty, we deserve these items as a necessity. There is not enough time in a day to explain why we are who we are, but a woman who has had a long day, can take comfort in a bottle of bubble bath and massage oil we carry to pamper herself if that is what she wants. We stand out among the rest and we intend to.

4. Why can't I return a product bought from your store? I decided I did not like it, and I want something different.
Our best suggestion is, come into the store, look around, ask questions. Our staff is very knowledgeable and will not bite...ask what it is you are looking for and let us offer you suggestions. Due to the personal nature of the items in the store, there is a strict NO Return policy on all of our items. If you are interested in filling out our wish list, you may do so, so we may have on file your sizes, like and preferences. We also offer gift certificates, so if someone is shopping for you and does not want to purchase from your wish list, you can personally select the item(s) of your choice. They can be used in store and for specialty order items. Paypal can be used to purchase the gift certificates and can be mailed discreetly to any location and be used online.
5. Is store just for women?
The store is themed as a boutique for women, however men are encouraged to shop at Posh and Naughty as well. This is an exclusive environment where there is NO pornography taped to the walls or to some individuals degrading or humiliating displays. The products we offer are tasteful and intended to bring us pleasure tastefully. We cater to the gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgendered community without discrimination. Posh and Naughty is intended for anyone that is looking for that extra ummph in their lives. As always, Posh and Naughty advocates safe sex and zero tolerance for abuse.
6. Holidays are coming, What do you offer?
Halloween is just around the corner. We offer costumes, gags and gifts.

Hi Jane, thanks for this email. First, come down to the store, take a look around. Pick out an item that looks interesting to you and read the package. There are many unique products for beginners that are no different than the vibration of an electric toothbrush. Start with something small, get comfortable with it, learn about it and move up to something different. You may feel awkward in the beginning, but this is a new door opening up to you, once we learn how to please ourselves, then others can please us and we are confident. Also, pick out a sensuous candle, bubble bath and some music. Time to pamper yourself, destress and feel good. Us single girls deserve to have that every now and again!

- Order must be paid in advance prior to order.

When purchasing using "PayPal" payment :
- Allow 3-7 WORKING days for delivery
- Allow 7-14 WORKING days for deliveries outside of Rhode Island.
- Delivery internationally, allow 14+ WORKING days.
When purchasing using our Money Order or Check your order will be delivered in the same amount of time as if it were a cash payment, however if the check is returned for non sufficient funds, we will impose a $30 returned check fee and if not paid within 10 days will be taken to court. We hope all check writers are honest and will need a positive id along with check at time of purchase. If online order, must include, name, telephone number, address and drivers license number.
For quickest delivery times we recommend choosing our PayPal option.
